Because a lot of anti-feminists like to strive on the stereotype that feminists want free birth control and free health care.
Um, no, I want equality, no matter what gender I am. Which means I should be treated like I have my own responsibilities to take care of. I don’t want your pity, I don’t want your free shit. It’s a nice offer, but I don’t want it. I’m responsible for myself.
