I need feminism because I want my child to grow up UN a world where violence against women is treated like the crime it is. I want her to feel SAFE walking alone. I want her to feel SAFE if she falls outside the gender binary. I want her to earn what her skills and education entitle her to, not what her gender entitled her to.
